So, you’ve got the wedding proposal? Congratulations! You might have discussed a possible date, maybe checked out some gowns online already and you keep thinking about the most perfect wedding in Italy but… where to begin?

No worries, you just need a wedding planner. We will help you and support you through all the planning process including on your wedding day.

Together we’ll set the style of your event and we’ll make it real by proposing and choosing together the vendors most connected to your needs and tastes. Also, we’ll guide you through all the little steps and the boring bureaucracy to plan either your civil or religious wedding abroad.

We’ll be available at any time to clarify any doubt or necessity you might have, and we’ll support you both through the planning process and on the day of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly. Making sure everything is planned and styled coherently and always keeping an eye on the set budget is among our priorities.

The service includes…

  • full guidance through the fulfilment of bureaucracy needs;

  • location scouting (with complimentary location tour);

  • communication and assistance to the spouses through a private Whatsapp group and videocalls;

  • employment of a list-making software accessible on any device so you can keep an eye on what we are working on at any time;

  • writing up of a budget with a simulation of expenses on every cost item and supervision of costs during the planning process;

  • consultation in finding the most suitable vendors for you and the style of your wedding, with assistance in defining the details of each service;

  • outline of logistics event by creating a timeline and by sharing it with all the vendors involved;

  • presence throughout the event, until the last vendor leaves.

The service doesn’t include…

  • possible travel expenses

  • meals and overnight stay (if required)

Cost

The price of the whole service starts from 3400,00 € VAT included - The agreed fee is intended net of the social security compensation (currently corresponding to 4%)

Payment is defined as follows:

  • booking deposit of 25% of the total amount when signing the booking form;

  • 2 payments amounting to 25% of total amount equally distributed between the signing of the booking form and the day of the event;

  • balance of the total amount (comprehensive of possible extras) by the day of the event;
