With Vineyard Wedding you will be able to celebrate every moment of your wedding day among the most beautiful vineyards of the Euganean Hills, from the ceremony, to the wedding banquet and the dancing after that.

Do you already have the winery of your dream? No problem! We will plan a site inspection with our professionals to evaluate the main location and the vineyard, to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

The service includes…

  • location scouting among some of the most beautiful wineries in the Euganean Hills, (with complimentary location tour);

  • full guidance through the fulfilment of bureaucracy needs;

  • communication and assistance to the spouses through a private Whatsapp group and videocalls;

  • employment of a list-making software accessible on any device so you can keep an eye on what we are working on at any time;

  • writing up of a budget with a simulation of expenses on every cost item and supervision of costs during the planning process;

  • consultation in finding the most suitable vendors for you and the style of your wedding, with assistance in defining the details of each service;

  • outline of logistics event by creating a timeline and by sharing it with all the venfors involved;

  • outline of a “plan B” in case of rain (all of our locations have an indoor option);

  • presence of the wedding planner throughout the event, until the end of the day.

The service doesn’t include…

  • possible travel expenses

  • meals and overnight stay (if required)

  • professional evaluation of a winery of your choice to establish wether it has the necessary requirements to host your wedding

Cost

The price of the whole service starts from 3000,00 € VAT included - The agreed fee is intended net of the social security compensation (currently corresponding to 4%)

Payment is defined as follows:

  • booking deposit of 30% of the total amount when signing the booking form;

  • 2 payments amounting to 30% of total amount equally distributed between the signing of the booking form and the day of the event;

  • balance of the total amount (comprehensive of possible extras) by the day of the event;
